Report from the 47th Bulgarian Parliament: 84 laws and 122 decisions were passed.
The 47th National Assembly spent 141 hours and 7 minutes carrying out the control function of the parliament, adopting 84 legislation and 122 decisions.

Acting legislatively
The 47th National Assembly passed 84 legislation, 122 decisions, and one declaration during its term. This is proven by a report created by the Parliamentary Press Center and the National Assembly's Directorate "Plenary Sessions, Parliamentary Control and Final Texts."
Nine of the 99 plenary sessions in the parliament were extraordinary.
The 47th National Assembly received 214 draught laws in total, 131 of which were introduced by elected officials. In the course of the mandate, the parliament received 195 draught decisions, 181 of which were from representatives of the people, along with 3 initiatives for addresses and declarations.
The 47th National Assembly held 40 plenary sessions during its third session (from May 4 to July 29, 2022), four of which were exceptional. The deputies passed 47 laws and one decision during this time.

There were 108 probes and 2374 questions in the 47th National Assembly. For the Friday parliamentary control, parliamentary control was held at 25 plenary sessions and in one extra plenary session. Representatives of the people from all legislative groupings participated in Blitzcontrol, which took place over the course of 9 meetings.
The National Assembly's control function for the mandate took up 141 hours and 7 minutes of parliamentary time.
Questions and inquiries, blitz control, debates on questions, hearings, and votes of no confidence were the types of parliamentary control utilised during this time. According to Article 110 of the National Assembly's Rules for Organization and Activities, there were 18 hearings held, three question-and-answer sessions, and one successful vote of no confidence.
1,840 of the questions received written responses, while 534 received oral responses. 62 of the questions received written responses, and 46 received oral responses. 1968 enquiries and 74 questions received a response, and 101 inquiries and 4 questions were withdrawn.
Representatives of the people from the GERB-SDS parliamentary group submitted the most questions and inquiries throughout the term (928 questions and 40 inquiries). The parliamentary group for "Democratic Bulgaria" submitted 554 questions and 12 inquiries; the groups for "We Continue the Change" submitted 315 questions and 12 inquiries; the groups for "Movement for Rights and Freedoms" submitted 217 questions and 9 inquiries; the groups for "Vazrazhdane" submitted 133 questions and 34 inquiries; and the groups for the Bulgarian Socialist Party submitted 139 questions and one inquiry.
The third session included 715 questions, 15 inquiries, 6 hearings, and one discussion for each investigation. 10 Friday plenary sessions were used for parliamentary control, while 25 questions were asked during three plenary sessions used for blitz control. 53 hours and 28 minutes of legislative time were used to carry out the National Assembly's control function.
There were 623 written responses to the questions, and 92 oral responses. 26 questions were removed, leaving 552 with answers.
Nine of the submitted questions were written, and six were spoken. Seven enquiries received responses, while two were withdrawn.
People's representatives from the parliamentary group "Democratic Bulgaria" submitted the most questions and inquiries during the third session, submitting 234 questions and two inquiries. There were 171 questions and 7 inquiries from the GERB-SDS parliamentary group, 173 questions and 2 inquiries from the "We Continue the Change" parliamentary group, 51 questions from the BSP parliamentary group, 48 questions and 2 inquiries from the "Vazrazhdane" parliamentary group, 36 questions from the "There Is Such a People" parliamentary group, and 11 questions and 2 inquiries from the DPS parliamentary group.
