We have a recipe you'll be eager to head home for, whether you enjoy throwing yourself into the cosiness of a hot meal or crave a crispy slaw to add some crunch to your weeknights.
Ingredients for schnitzel Ingredients for green beans
Green beans, 550g
3 smashed garlic cloves
Unsalted butter, 1 tablespoon
Dried chilli flakes, 2 teaspoons (or to taste)
Persian fetta, 100g
Pinch each peppercorn and salt.
Method
the air fryer to 185°C for preheating.
While you carry out the next instructions, start a big pot of water to boil.
In a bowl with a low edge, whisk the egg and oil together just enough to combine them.
Put the ingredients from the recipe foundation sachet into a second bowl with a low rim.
One at a time, dip the chicken pieces in the egg mixture with one hand, lay them on the baking sheet, and then use the other hand to press the coating onto the chicken. Repeat with all of the chicken pieces and place aside on a tray in a single layer.
Transfer the chicken to the air fryer basket, spritz with oil, and air fry for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
Green beans should be boiled for 4 minutes while the chicken is cooking.
The beans should be taken out of the hot water and placed in a dish of cold water to cool.
Green beans, garlic, and red pepper flakes should all be added to melted butter in a big pan.
Be sure to thoroughly coat the beans as you toss them.
After 2 minutes, season with a little salt and pepper and toss again.
Transfer the beans to serving trays, top with fetta crumbles, then add the chicken on top.

Chicken ingredients for frying Ingredients for Korean corn cheese
250 grammes of new corn kernels
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
15 grammes of shredded mozzarella
1 teaspoon white sugar
2 finely sliced spring onions
Pinch each peppercorn and salt.

Place the chicken pieces in a single layer on a tray and pour the McCormick recipe foundation into a low-sided bowl. Roll the chicken pieces in the base, brushing off any excess, and set aside.
Then, roll the chicken in the batter with your other hand after dipping each piece of chicken into the egg mixture with one hand, coating it thoroughly. Repeat with the remaining pieces of chicken and return to the tray.
Transfer the chicken to the air fryer basket, spritz with oil, and air fry for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Combine all of the corn cheese ingredients in a bowl and transfer to a greased, shallow baking dish while the chicken is cooking.
Bake the corn cheese for 10 minutes, or until it starts to bubble.
Place the corn cheese on the grill for two minutes, or until it starts to brown, to achieve a crispy, browned top.

2 tablespoons of olive oil A dash of salt and pepper
Cherry tomato ingredients for a salad

After placing the chips in the air fryer, cook them for 20 minutes, rotating the chips once.
With a fork, whisk the egg and water in a shallow basin while the potatoes are cooking.
Fill a second low-sided bowl with McCormick recipe foundation. The chicken pieces are rolled in the recipe base before being placed in a single layer on a tray.
The chicken pieces should be dipped into the egg mixture individually before being placed in the recipe base and thoroughly coated. Repeat with the remaining pieces of chicken and return to the tray.
Method
185°C should be the air fryer's temperature.
After cutting the potatoes into 10mm pieces, combine the oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Cook the chips in the air fryer for 20 minutes, turning them once during that time.
While the potatoes are cooking, mix the egg and water in a small bowl.
Another low-sided bowl should be filled with McCormick recipe base. Before being arranged on a tray, the chicken pieces are coated with the recipe's foundation.
Before being properly coated in the recipe foundation, the chicken pieces must be individually dipped in the egg mixture. Continue with the remaining chicken pieces, then add them back to the tray.
Slice the tomatoes in half and add them to a mixing dish while the chicken is cooking.
Place the remaining salad ingredients in a jar and give it a good shake.
Add salt and pepper to taste and combine the dressing and tomatoes.
Period you dish the chicken and tomatoes, remove the chicken from the air fryer and place the chips back in to reheat for a short while.
Serve the chips on a plate.
